More Flood-affected People in Siem Reap Province Receive Relief from Vision Cambodia

AKP Phnom Penh, November 04, 2020 —

Some 175 families of brick kiln workers who had recently affected by flash floods in Kralanh district, Siem Reap province have received relief from Vision Cambodia and ASEA Advancing Life Foundation.

The relief distribution ceremony was held in Kampong Thkov commune, Kralanh district this morning.

South Chantha, Executive Director of Vision Cambodia said his organisation was established in 2013 for humanitarian purposes in Cambodia, focusing mainly on clean water, education, sanitation, and nutrition.

This time’s relief distribution is to contribute to relieve the burden of flood-affected brick kiln workers and to enhance the culture of sharing.

Ms. Morn Nyraingsey, Governor of Kralanh district, expressed thanks to Vision Cambodia and ASEA Advancing Life Foundation for the humanitarians relief, which contributes with the Royal Government to assist the flood victims.
