Another COVID-19 Case Recovered

Cambodia’s Ministry of Health announced this morning that another patient of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) has been cured, bringing the total number of recovered patients to 276.
The figure represents 98.57 percent of the total confirmed cases of 280, pointed out the ministry’s press release issued this morning.
According to the same source, the new cured patient is a 28-year-old Chinese man coming from the Philippines via South Korea. He has been allowed to be discharged after being tested negative twice consecutively.
The total 280 confirmed cases in the Kingdom include 175 Cambodians, 42 French, 18 Chinese, 13 Malaysians, 8 Indonesians, 7 Americans, 6 British, 3 Vietnamese, 3 Canadians, 1 Belgian, 2 Indians, 1 Kazakhstani, and 1 Hungarian.
Since the first case detected in Preah Sihanouk province in late January, the COVID-19 pandemic has hit 13 provinces and capital of Cambodia.
