The head of the Royal Government orders the Electricity of Cambodia and PPWSA to delay the collection of utility bills from suspended workers

Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padey Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of Cambodia has ordered the Electricity of Cambodia and Phnom Penh Water Supply Authority (PPWSA) to delay the collection of utility fees from workers who have been suspended by their factory owners during this difficult situation.
The Prime Minister made the remarks when he presided over the official launching of National Road No 55 and the construction of National Road No 10 on Monday in Pursat province.
Samdech Techo said that this special condition is not apply to all workers, but only to workers who are suspended.
The Cambodian Prime Minister also ordered the Minister of Mines and Energy, and H.E. Keo Ratanak, President of Electricity of Cambodia to consider the matter carefully.
