PM urges artists and students to become educational activists in the fight against COVID-19

Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, urged all artists and students to play role in educating people and their families on the fighting against the spread of the Covid-19 infection, while Cambodia found no case of the COVID-19.
The Cambodian Prime Minister made the appeal while presiding over the celebration of the 22nd National Culture Day, the closing ceremony of Youth Arts Festival and the get-together with artistes on Tuesday afternoon.
Samdech Techo Hun Sen also asked all artists to fight the fake news which aroused fear of COVID -19 infection and hoped that all artists will be active in the fight against fake news.
According to a press release of the Ministry of Health, no Cambodian people have been found to have COVID-19 infection.
The Ministry of Health said that the Pasteur Institute of Cambodia had tested a total of 135 suspected individuals as of March 2nd, 2020, but no one had been infected.
