Cambodian Boxers Trained in Japan

AKP Phnom Penh, October 02, 2019—

Three Cambodian boxers are getting trained in Japan for the upcoming 30th SEA Games hosted by the Philippines.

The three boxers, two are female, attends the training happening in Osaka city and will last for three months.

According to H.E. Buy Sophoan, Secretary General of Cambodian Boxing Federation, the three Cambodian boxers are Mr. Nat Sieknin for super-bantamweight (56 kilogrammes), Ms. Nou Sreypov for flyweight (51 kilogrammes), and Ms. Vy Sreykhuoch for lightweight (60 kilogrammes).

With overseas training opportunity, H.E. Buy Sophoan was positive about the success likelihood of the Cambodian boxers during the SEA Games to be held from Nov. 30 to Dec. 11 in the Philippines.
