double click to install & click Run -->Run-->Yes-->Update-->After click Close and click Exit to finish. download it and copy and paste into c:/windows/fonts khmer page Please click on Tools--> Internet Option-->Fonts-->on Language Script Select Khmer--->Choose font below-->OK
