A Japanese National Returns 85 Pieces of Khmer Artefacts to Cambodia

AKP Phnom Penh, July 05, 2019—

Dr. Fumiko Takakuwa (L, Pic. 1), a Japanese national, and Mr. Kong Vireak, Director of the National Museum of Cambodia, sign an agreement on the handover and receiving of 85 pieces of Khmer artefacts, in Phnom Penh this morning.

The artefacts were voluntarily handed over by Dr. Fumiko Takakuwa to the Royal Government and people of Cambodia represented on the occasion by the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts.
